The Manafest Story
Hi and welcome!
My name is Chad, and I am the co-founder of Manafest Health along with my good friend Makaila. I am happy you found us and that we get to be a small or big part of your new journey around health.
At Manafest we are passionate about true health. We recognizing that "being healthy" takes more than a magic pill, a couple exercises, or occasionally choosing the healthy option. We prioritize heath and overall wellness for our customer through our carefully sourced products, as well as our diet and lifestyle content to make it as easy as possible to live what we like to call Consciously Aligned Wellness.
This journey started one day in 2020 out surfing in Santa Cruz CA with my good friend and eventual cofounder Makaila. While sitting in the lineup she started telling me about a product that some of her family members took and had amazing results, and now she is loving it. She said it was this thing called sea moss. I said "Like this kelp we are sitting in?" She said no it's different. She went on to tell me all about what her and her family had been experiencing with it and that she brought me some to try. I was not sold but said I would give it 30 days as I always trusted her health and diet advice. After 30 days, I was not the same person.
I not saying this was a magic pill. But sea moss helped me in so many areas, I started to question a lot of things. I started diving deep into food, brain health, why so many Americans were suffering some similar pains, with little to no real solutions. I had 20 lbs to lose, was out of shape, had brain fog constantly, and knew I wasn't alone. In just a matter of months I lost that 20 lbs, finally had the energy to exercise again and started getting fit. How I ate started changing the more I learned. How I tackled mental wellbeing changed. Basically my entire life changed. I finally had the energy, clarity, and knowledge to take action on my health. I knew sea moss was THE lynchpin to this new healthy version of me, and knew it could be to millions more. Manafest Health was born.
Over the years we have helped well over 10,000 people start, continue, or enhance their journey with health. We hear endless stories of our customer gaining energy again, clarity, overcoming disease, and experiencing true wellbeing for the first time.
As for me, my journey is still going. Since that day in the lineup my life looks different. I had much energy I took up this crazy sport called triathlon, found levels of fitness I have never had in my life, and even became a California State Age Group Champion. I know it's wild and I only share because without those first 30 days with sea moss none of this would have happened.
