At Manafest Health, we’re all about helping you feel your absolute best every day — with consistent, stress-free deliveries of your favourite Sea Moss Gels and wellness products.
This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription program works, including billing, renewals, cancellations, shipping, and satisfaction guarantees.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

1. How It Works

When you subscribe to any Manafest Health product, you’re authorising us to automatically process your order and charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis — typically every 30 days, unless you select a different delivery frequency (e.g., every 21,30, 45 or 60 days, when available).

You’ll receive your sea moss gels automatically to the shipping address on file, so you never run out of your daily gut-nourishing minerals.

2. Subscription Discounts

All subscription orders receive a built-in discount compared to one-time purchases the discount is clearly displayed on each product page.

To switch between one-time purchase and subscription, simply toggle the purchase option before adding to your cart.

Discounts are automatically applied to each recurring order as long as your subscription remains active.

In the case of one time subscription discounts, the discount will apply to the first order of a new subscription and then revert to the normal discounted subscription price for the second order and all future orders.

 


 

3. Billing & Renewals

  • Your card will be automatically charged on the same date each cycle (every 30 days by default).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation for every renewal and shipment.

  • You will receive an email 3 days prior to your billing notifying you of the billing details.

  • Please ensure your payment method and shipping address remain up to date.

  • If payment fails, our system will attempt to reprocess it up to three times. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment is updated.

 


 

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time  however, it must be cancelled before the next order is processed to avoid being charged and shipped.

Once an order has been processed by the payment provider, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rerouted.
All processed orders will ship as normal.

To cancel:

  • Log into your Manafest Health account and click “Manage Subscription.”

  • Or contact our customer care team via email at support@manafesthealth.com.

We recommend cancelling at least 24–48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to ensure the cancellation processes in time.

 


 

5. Pausing or Skipping Shipments

We get it — sometimes you need to catch up on jars or take a short break.
You can pause or skip your upcoming delivery anytime without losing your subscription discount.
These options can be managed directly through your online account or by emailing customer support.

 


 

6. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may occasionally adjust pricing to reflect ingredient costs, production updates, or shipping changes.
If your subscription price changes, you’ll receive an email at least 10 days before the new price takes effect.

If you do not cancel before your next renewal after this notice, you consent to the updated price.

 


 

7. Shipping, Returns & Damaged Orders

  • All subscription orders are covered by our standard Shipping Policy, found here.

  • Occasionally, delays can occur due to carrier issues or weather. These do not affect your renewal schedule.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may photos so we can make it right.

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or perishable products such as sea moss gel.

 


 

8. 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your first subscription order is fully protected by our 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you’re not completely happy with your first jar, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund no questions asked.

Important:
This guarantee applies only to your first subscription order.
By receiving your second shipment, you confirm that you’ve tried, loved, and approved the product  meaning future subscription renewals are non-refundable except in the case of shipping damage or errors.

Our refund policy will cover up to 3 jars or a product with 3 jars in it. We recommend all customers make sure they like our sea moss gel or other products prior to stocking up on them.

 


 

9. Managing Multiple Subscriptions

Each product or flavour you subscribe to is treated as an individual subscription.
You can edit, cancel, or pause each one separately in your account.
If you have multiple products under one subscription, make sure to manage them individually before your next renewal date.

 


 

10. Legal & Consent

By enrolling in a subscription, you:

  • Authorize Manafest Health to automatically charge your saved payment method for recurring deliveries.

  • Confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the terms of this Subscription Policy and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  • Consent to electronic communications regarding your subscription, including renewal reminders and updates.

Manafest Health maintains records of your consent for at least three years or one year following subscription termination, as required by law.
